South Korea indicts YouTuber known as ”Dark Dog President” for grabbing dog by collar and slamming it against wall

A South Korean dog correction training expert and YouTuber who uses stoic methods to train dogs has been handed over to prosecutors.
On the 5th, Dongtan Police Station in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi Province, sent Mr. A to the prosecution for allegedly violating the Animal Protection Act.
In the process of training the puppy, A is accused of abusing it by repeatedly pulling on its collar. In October last year, A posted a video of himself training a puppy that had been biting family members.
The video was uploaded to the YouTube channel of the company, which said it was "a very good video to watch". The video showed the dog being repeatedly pulled by its collar while inside a safety door, and slammed against a wall and kicked during the training process.
Some viewers pointed out that Mr. A's training methods were akin to animal cruelty, and after receiving such reports, the Animal Freedom Association filed charges against Mr. A in November of the same year.
The police, who began their investigation, received opinions from veterinary professors, veterinarians and other experts that Mr. A's actions were "close to abuse."
The decision was made to refer the case to the prosecution. A is said to be denying the charges. A is a dog behavior correction YouTuber with over 160,000 subscribers, and is known for his stoic training.
He is called the "Dark Dog President" because of this.
