President Yoon: ”If young people have an awareness of the national crisis, then my suffering is not so hard” (South Korea)

South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol, who is currently in detention, said, "If the young people understood the meaning of this martial law and the national crisis that led to it, then my suffering would be completely unbearable.
"It's not painful," said President Yoon's lawyer, Seok Dong-hyun. According to South Korean news agency Newsis, Sok appeared on a radio program on the 13th.
"The president is not even able to say a hundredth of what he wants to say in the impeachment trial at the Constitutional Court," he said.
Regarding the fact that the number of subscribers has reached 150,000, he said, "The president is naturally grateful for the support and encouragement from the people," and "especially the president said, 'I want to tell young people the meaning of this martial law.'
"If there is an awareness of the various national crises that have led to the declaration of martial law, then I find this hardship not painful at all," he said.
