South Korean police investigate 137 suspects who stormed into Seoul Western District Court, 79 arrested and sent to prosecution

Of the 137 people involved in the violent brawls that broke out inside and outside the Seoul Western District Court in January, 79 have been handed over to prosecutors in custody.

Ahn was handed over to the prosecution under custody on suspicion of breaking into the Daemun Police Station. Ahn was accused by the National Election Commission of reporting false facts in Sky Daily, where he said, "I was a Chinese at the Election Training Institute."
He is also known for providing information about the article "The arrest of a spy ring of 1,000 people." A police source said, "Regarding the information provided by the informant, the Election Management Commission will report the arrest of a spy ring on January 20th.
"We have filed a police report against the CEO and the reporter. The case is currently being investigated by the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Cyber Crime Investigation Unit."
Meanwhile, police have arrested Pastor Jeong Gwang-hoon of Sarang First Church on charges of inciting unrest.
Regarding the alleged accusation case, he stated, "The investigation into the accuser has been completed. However, the date for the summons of the accused has not yet been decided."
