President Trump again calls North Korea a ”nuclear power”

On the 13th (local time), US President Donald Trump called North Korea a "nuclear power" and hinted at rebuilding relations with North Korean leader Kim Jung Eun.
During a meeting with the Secretary General of NATO in the Oval Office of the White House on the same day, President Trump asked, "Are you going to rebuild the relationship with Secretary Kim that you had during your first administration?"

"It's power," he said. Shortly after his inauguration on January 20, President Trump also told reporters in the White House office that North Korea is a "nuclear power."
On the other hand, even if North Korea possesses nuclear weapons, the international community does not recognize it as a nuclear power, taking into account the diplomatic and military situation.
