However, the person in the photo is not Kim Soo-hyun but a stranger. The ‘Garosero Institute’ claimed that the clothing worn by the person in the photo resembles a product for which Kim Soo-hyun was a past advertiser. However, the clothes in the photo and the clothes that Kim Soo Hyun had an advertising contract with are products of different brands.”

　He added, "I don't think it is necessary for our company to respond to every single photo posted on fan-created accounts, even when the topic is unfounded allegations made with photos that do not even confirm the face of the person. However, the bereaved family has made a new claim that Kim Soo-hyun frequently visited the apartment where Kim Sae-ron lived with her family when she was a minor, and secretly met with her when her family was not around, based on this photo in which even her face is not clearly visible.
