"We need to inform them," he said, "and we need the relevant ministries and agencies, including the Ministry of Science and Information Technology, the National Assembly, and the Personal Information Protection Commission, to thoroughly review and improve the current information protection system to prepare for the increasing number of cyber attacks."
Meanwhile, SK Telecom said it had confirmed that some information about users' USIM cards had been leaked by hackers using malware at around 11 p.m. on the 19th of this month.
SK Telecom has 23 million mobile subscribers.
