Suspicion emerges that former Prime Minister Han Deok-soo ”post-facto” signed emergency law document and then ”discarded” it = South Korea

Kang also prepared the draft minutes of the Cabinet meeting that was held just before the declaration of martial law.
There are also suspicions that the Cabinet meeting, which ended in 10 minutes, was drafted and then revised to make it appear as if it had lasted more than 40 minutes. The special prosecutors' team plans to summon former President Yoon again and re-examine the process of the Cabinet meeting under martial law.
However, President Yoon did not respond to the second summons for investigation on the 1st, which is expected to make the investigation difficult. The special prosecutor's team will immediately reschedule the date and request him to appear again.
