BTS' JUNG KOOK celebrates his birthday with a giant staircase wrapping event at Yongsan Station

As various celebratory advertisements continue to be aired around the world to celebrate the birthday of BTS member JUNG KOOK, a wrapping event will be held on the giant staircase at Yongsan Station.

JUNG KOOK's domestic fan club, "JUNG KOOK Supporters," and global fan base, "Golden JK Universe," are currently holding a "Grand Staircase Super-Large Wrapping Advertising Event" at Yongsan Station to commemorate JUNG KOOK's birthday on September 1st.

The 249-square-meter "The Stair" at Yongsan I'Park Mall will be filled with JUNG KOOK for one month, from August 29th to September 28th.

The staircase is a massive space that connects Yongsan Station, which is used by over 200,000 people daily, to I'Park Mall Living Park, one of Yongsan's landmarks. It's equipped with benches and sculptures, and its gorgeous landscape lighting makes it a beautiful photo spot even at night, making it a promising new attraction at Yongsan Station. Since the ad was released, fans from all over the world have visited the space, posting a steady stream of confirmation photos on social media.

While this space has previously been used for advertisements for movies and corporate events, this is the first time a fandom advertisement has been installed here for JUNG KOOK.

In addition, from August 30 to September 13, "JUNG KOOK Supporters" will be running a birthday advertisement highlighting JUNG KOOK's stellar solo career on eight T-Square Digital Taxi Shelters (four standard and four panoramic) in front of the grand staircase at Yongsan I'Park Mall, turning the area into "JUNG KOOK Land." The shelter is located at Yongsan Station, which is served by Subway Lines 1 and 4 and the KTX, and boasts a high population density, including not only taxi passengers but also pedestrians and drivers.

With a large staircase advertisement filling the Yongsan Station Plaza and an eight-sided digital panel advertisement, the shelter is expected to perfectly meet the expectations of fans who are there to celebrate his birthday.

On the 29th, JUNG KOOK hosted a personal live broadcast titled "I Have to Wash Myself" on the fan community Weverse, where he spent time interacting with fans from all over the world.
