The story depicts Seok-cheol (Lee Dong-woo) and Mi-yeon (Lee Sung-Kyoung) going on a trip together. Tae-hoon (Park Hoon)'s words, which he uses as an excuse for his relationship with Seok-cheol, cause Mi-yeon pain.
The meeting between the three ended in failure due to a small difference, but for some reason, Seok-cheol was worried about Mi-yeon, who seemed to be in a low mood unlike usual.
Seokcheol pretends not to know Taehoon's words that keep coming to his mind.
Mi-young was embraced by Seok-chul. After a tiring day filled with overwhelming emotions, Mi-young didn't want to send him off like that, so she invited him to her house, asking, "Would you like to stay with me tonight?"
The next day, Mi-yeon warns Tae-hoon, "If anything happens to you, I won't stay still," and her words are filled with unpleasant affection for Seok-chul.
Furthermore, a one-sided misunderstanding arose between Seok-cheol and Tae-hoon. The spy Yong-gi (Lee Ji-hwan) that Tae-hoon had sent to Myeongsan Industrial was also involved.
It was Seok-cheol who gave her the false information that he was targeting her. The fact that Seok-cheol, who was not only Mi-yeon's lover but also the only person she trusted, had received the knife to kill her.
Tae-hoon felt truly betrayed. Despite the chaotic situation, Mi-yeon was steadily moving towards her dream of becoming a singer. However, that path was also due to the opportunity that Tae-hoon had created for her.
Miyeon showed signs of displeasure when she met Taehoon at the agency. Just as Seokcheol entered the agency to pick up Miyeon, the three of them met. A sharp conflict with Miyeon in the middle continued.
Suddenly, Seok-cheol and Tae-hoon sensed that an irreparable rift had begun between them. Mi-yeon wanted to forget all about this complicated situation and leave Seok-cheol alone.
Seok-cheol gladly took her out hand and headed off to Gangneung. As they set off on their trip, Mi-yeon was still wearing the yellow dress Seok-cheol had given her.
As they arrived at the beach, they watched the rising sun and promised to have a love that would last from the past to the distant future.
"I believed that we would meet again someday. I thought that we could meet by chance on the street, or pass each other through the window of a moving car," Miyeon said, recalling the moment of their seemingly fateful reunion.
With a gentle look in his eyes, Seok-cheol responded with a heartfelt confession that they would never break up no matter what, then he approached Mi-yeon and kissed her deeply.
