Actor Lee Jung-jae stars in ”Star Wars: Acolyte,” special video released exclusively in Korea

A special video teasing actor Lee Jung-jae's performance in the new Star Wars TV series Star Wars: Acolyte, which will be released on Disney+, has been released.
It was exclusively released preview in the country and has become a hot topic. Today (5th) early morning, the main poster and main teaser were released, revealing an expanded world view and mysterious story.
In the meantime, interest in Jedi Master Sol, played by Lee Jung, is on the rise. In addition, the "Master Sol Lee Jung Special Video" containing tributes from the cast and director has been released.
The video also includes an interview with Lee Jung-jae, who has a strong presence in various parts of "Acolyte," drawing attention.
Lee Jung-jae said, "I still remember the shock I felt when I first saw Star Wars in the theater as a child. I still can't believe that I was the one who filmed Star Wars.
"I don't think I've ever seen anything like it," he said, expressing his love for Star Wars. Leslye Headland, who directed and wrote the screenplay for the film, and Go Gon Na-da, who directed Episodes 3 and 7, said,
Both directors shared their infinite trust in Jung-jae and shared their experiences working with him. They said, "When I was working on the character of 'Seol,' I watched 'Squid Game.' As soon as I saw Lee Jung-jae, I thought, 'Seol.'
He reiterated that Lee Jung was the perfect choice for this character, saying, "He's an actor who shows a wide range of emotions" and "He makes the character his own."
He continued, "Lee Jung-jae can easily portray anything from intense to deep sadness. It's really rare to see an actor who can do that," commenting on his acting, from difficult action scenes to delicate emotional portrayals.
He was full of praise for Lee Jung-jae, who created a three-dimensional character with his techniques. Regarding Seol, who has been kept a secret until now, Lee Jung-jae said, "He has a strong sense of responsibility and is good at martial arts.
"He's an excellent Jedi Master. He's someone who will put everything on the line for peace. He's someone who doesn't show his emotions and tries not to get caught," he said. "What kind of shocking incidents will Sol face in the future, and what kind of threats will he face?"
In particular, Amandla Stenberg, who plays Mei, who is at the center of all the incidents in this drama and has a deep connection with Lee Jung-jae, said,
Lee Jung-jae, who plays Sol, really shines. He's especially good at the action scenes, and it's like he's dancing. He's a really great Jedi."
Episodes 1 and 2 of Star Wars: Acolyte will be released simultaneously on June 5th.
