Actor Yu A In's fifth trial for drug charges today (14th)

The fifth trial of actor Yu A In (38 years old, real name Uhm Hong-sik), who is suspected of drug use, will be held today (14th).
The 25th Criminal Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office today (14th) afternoon arrested a man at home on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act (intoxication).
The fifth trial date for the accused Yu A In and his acquaintance Choi will be held. Prior to this, the fourth trial was held on April 16th, and the accused were found guilty of inciting marijuana smoking.
A witness hearing was held for YouTuber A. A requested that he be allowed to testify without Yu A In being present. The testimony was held behind a partition in the courtroom.
At the hearing, Mr. A claimed that Yu A In encouraged him to smoke marijuana by saying, "Maybe it's time for you to try it." Yu A In has previously admitted to smoking marijuana, using propofol, and
He has admitted to some of the charges, including the use of marijuana, but denies other charges, including aiding and abetting marijuana smoking, aiding and abetting the destruction of evidence, aiding and abetting violations of the Narcotics Control Law, and fleeing overseas.
Yu A In was charged with injecting propofol, midazolam, ketamine, cannabis, cocaine and zophane on 181 occasions between September 2020 and March 2023.
He is accused of habitually using a number of narcotics, including Lupidem and Alprazolam. From May 2021 to August 2022, he was illegally prescribed more than 1,100 sleeping pills under someone else's name.
He is also suspected of purchasing it.
