”President Lee Jae Myung” on radio show... host's remarks cause panelists to break out in cold sweat = South Korea
During a live radio broadcast in South Korea, the host referred to Lee Jae-myung, chairman of the Democratic Party of Korea, the largest opposition party, as the "president," and the panelist quickly corrected himself.
This was due to the host quoting the remarks of Choo Mi-ae, a lawmaker from the same party, who called him "the president."
On the 14th, he was the host of Korea's CBS Radio's "Kim Hyun Jung's News Show"
While talking about the primary election for the Democratic Party's candidate for National Assembly Speaker, Kim Hyun Jung, a professor at the National Assembly, said, "I heard that Joo said, 'President Lee Jae Myung told me to do my best.'"
The panelist quickly corrected himself to "Chairman Lee Jae-myung," and moderator Kim quickly explained, "Chairman Lee now serves as something like a 'president' within the Democratic Party."
