150 ”order terrorism” cases in 8 hours...Regular customers turn into complainers = South Korea

One case was reported in which a restaurant owner was subjected to "order terrorism" by regular customers for about eight hours because the customer refused to give him a refund.
According to JTBC's "Case Leader" broadcast on the 5th, the incident occurred the previous day in Kyung Gi-do.
This happened at a restaurant in Namyangju, Gi-do. A, who runs a restaurant specializing in yukhoe, said, "One customer made over 150 orders in eight hours. One or two orders per minute.
"I received an order," he said, "If I cancel an order three times, I will be suspended from business, and I have canceled it more than 50 times." The customer who committed the "order terrorism" was a regular customer at Mr. A's store until just a few months ago.
However, after he demanded a refund because his request to "remove the radish sprouts" was not accepted, he again demanded a refund, claiming that "a foreign object was found in the yukhoe."
When A retrieved the delivered Yukhoe and checked it, the part that the customer claimed was a foreign object was actually "meat fat." Furthermore, the customer had removed about 500 grams of the 600 grams of Yukhoe.
A claims that he demanded a refund after eating the food. When A did not listen to his request for a refund, the customer began to retaliate with "star rating terrorism" and "order terrorism."
Mr. A said, "Customers have been harassing me all night long, threatening to report me to the Korea Food and Drug Administration or call the police," and added, "I'm not sure if I can continue my business."
"Just hearing the sound of an order coming in makes me shudder," he said, "I feel like I need to get psychiatric treatment."
