Two men in their 30s were arrested on suspicion of special robbery for strangling and threatening a woman and stealing 10 million won (approximately 1.05 million yen).

Police investigation revealed that the two men had offered huge sums of money to A and then demanded to meet him privately, but when he refused, they committed the crime.
He was quoted as saying that he had rescued the woman and had gone to her place to get it back. CCTV footage released to the media showed a man wearing a black mask and hat in the middle of the night.
The video showed police officers searching the area after the two men emerged from an alley in a residential area. A police official said, "We have applied for an arrest warrant for the two men on suspicion of special robbery."
