”Social service officer” SUGA (BTS) found collapsed on electric scooter! Police investigating for drunk driving

Global group BTS SUGA is under police investigation for allegedly driving an electric kickboard while under the influence of alcohol.

According to the Yongsan police station in Seoul on the 7th August, SUGA is under investigation on suspicion of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving under the influence of alcohol).

SUGA was reportedly found the previous day in a state of drunkenness in the Yongsan-gu area, riding a kickboard and collapsed. A nearby police officer tried to help him, but he smelled of alcohol and was taken to a police station.

SUGA began their military service obligation in September last year after being judged as social service personnel and completing their application for cancellation of enlistment deferment last year. SUGA is the third member of the group to serve in the military after JIN and J-HOPE, and the members of 'BTS' are currently serving in the military except for JIN, who was discharged from the military in June.
