Jung HaeIn: ”I didn't feel any pressure to be a worse villain than my previous film in 'Veteran 2'”
Actor Jung HaeIn confessed that he felt no pressure from his character. The media preview of the movie "Veteran 2" was held on the 9th at the Seoul Yongsan-gu Theater.
The event was held at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall. Jung HaeIn said, "In the first part, there was a clear structure of evil, but this time, the structure of evil has a different atmosphere. I think it represents the formation of a villain group.
"I felt almost no pressure to take on the role in the first part because the first part was a very well-loved movie," he continued.
"There was a lot of pressure just to say that," he said, "but there was almost no pressure to make the villain even worse than the first film or to show a completely different side of himself."
"Veteran 2" is a drama about the youngest detective Park Sun-woo (Jung Jung-min) in the violent crime investigation team led by veteran detective Seo Do-cheol (Hwang Jung-min), who is known for catching the bad guys to the end.
The action crime drama, which sees the group join forces with Kim Jong Un (Kim Hye-in) to pursue a serial killer who has shocked the world, is set to be released in Korea on the 13th.
