A man in his 30s who murdered a high school girl... ”I drank four bottles of soju and don't remember anything” = South Korea

The warrant review for Park, a man in his 30s who murdered a teenage girl with a knife in the town of Suncheon in the southeastern part of Jeollanam-do, South Korea, ended around 11:10 a.m. on the same day.
According to News 1, Park appeared at the Suncheon branch of the Gwangju District Court at around 10 a.m. on the same day. Wearing a white mask and a black T-shirt, Park said, "I plead guilty to the charges.
When asked by reporters if he would deny the crime, he replied, "I'm sorry," and bowed his head. When asked if he would deny the crime, he said, "I drank about four bottles of shochu and lost my memory," and added, "All the evidence has been released.
When asked if he knew the victim, he replied, "No." It was learned that the hearing was scheduled for 11 a.m. that day but ended in 10 minutes.
A decision on whether to detain Park is expected to be made this afternoon. Park is suspected of stabbing a teenage girl to death with a knife on the street in Suncheon at around 12:40 a.m. on the 26th of this month, and then fleeing the scene.
