Judge Cha Eun-kyung of the Seoul Western District Court said he would begin a warrant review for President Yoon, who is accused of instigating a rebellion and of abusing his power and obstructing the exercise of rights, at around 2 p.m. on the same day.
The investigation lasted four hours and 50 minutes, from 12:00 to 6:50 p.m. The Office for Investigation of Crimes by High-Ranking Public Officials (PPA) was represented by six prosecutors, including Chief Prosecutor Cha Jong-hyun, while President Yoon's lawyer,

The two sides engaged in a fierce battle over whether President Yoon could destroy evidence or flee, whether the Public Prosecutors' Office had the authority to investigate the crime of treason, and whether the Public Prosecutors' Office had requested a warrant from the Western District Court.
The prosecutors from the Air Transport Bureau first explained their views for 70 minutes from 2:15 pm. Then, from around 3:25 pm, for about 70 minutes, President Yoon's side
The lawyers for each party used PowerPoint presentations they had prepared to refute this. President Yoon, who appeared in person in a suit, spoke for about 40 minutes from around 4:35 pm.
President Yoon made a final 5-minute statement before the warrant review was completed. The court will decide whether to hold a hearing on the matter later that night or on the 19th after reviewing the arguments and written materials from both sides.
The decision on whether to issue the warrant is expected to be made in the early hours of the morning. President Yoon will return to Seoul Detention House and await the results in the waiting room for suspects.
If an arrest warrant is issued, President Yoon will formally begin the detention process.
If the charges are dismissed, they will be immediately released and returned to the official residence in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
