Seoul City to provide 350,000 won per year in lifelong education vouchers to underserved groups

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 23rd that it will begin accepting applications for the first round of 2025 lifelong education vouchers from the educationally underserved.
The Lifelong Learning Voucher is for adult Seoul residents to use to study qualifications, languages, business ventures, and humanities.

The system provides 350,000 won (approximately 3.5 million won) per person per year to 18,959 people, including those on welfare, those in the low-income bracket, and those with disabilities.
