[Official] Singer BoA's side: ”Graffiti insulting BoA discovered in Seoul...Strong legal action to be taken”

Singer BoA will take strong action against the graffiti that has been found in multiple locations in Seoul. On the 11th, BoA's management office SM Entertainment said, "We are grateful to our fans for their support.
"Through information provided by various sources and voluntary monitoring, we have confirmed that numerous instances of openly insulting graffiti have been found in multiple locations in Seoul," the company said. "We have investigated the site near Gangnam Station.
After personally checking, we reported it and an investigation is currently underway at the relevant police station, and we plan to file a formal complaint today (11th)."

The act of publicly criticizing an artist and publicly insulting an artist are clearly criminal acts, and our company will not tolerate any leniency towards such criminal acts and will take firm action in accordance with our principles.
SM Entertainment said, "We are aware of the false accusations being made against BoA on various social media sites, video sharing platforms, and online communities.
We are also constantly monitoring the dissemination of facts, malicious attacks on people, and insults, and are taking steps to file charges against cases that are clearly criminal acts."

Prior to this, BoA was featured in multiple locations, including Seoul's Gangnam Station bus stop and electronic boards.
A large number of insulting graffiti was found. Such graffiti was being spread in online communities, raising concerns. In response, the management office has completed its investigation and begun legal action.
