The event took place on the morning of the 11th at a cafe in Palpan-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
In a round-robin interview, Ji Chang Wook, who starred in the Disney+ original TV series "Fabricated City," revealed an episode related to the work.
"Fabricated City" is about Tae-jun (Ji Chang-Wook), who lives an ordinary life, but one day gets caught up in a brutal crime he has no memory of.
This is an action TV series in which a man is imprisoned for his crimes and seeks revenge on Yohan (Do Kyung-soo) after learning that it was all a plan by him.
Ji Chang Wook said, "It was a really difficult project, but I was able to finish it safely.
I'm glad that so many people liked the work, and that made me happiest. It was a long and difficult piece, but thanks to my colleagues, I was able to complete it, and it turned out to be a meaningful piece.
"It was a tough role, as I was suffering. I was in the movie 'The Manipulated City' 10 years ago.
When I was filming "Fabricated City" and received the proposal for "Fabricated City," I wondered how I should approach the idea of turning a work I starred in 10 years ago into a series.
The structure of the story changes significantly. It can almost be considered a different work, but that in itself was a big challenge, and I felt a strong desire to develop it further."
Since there were many difficult action scenes, it was important to work well with the stuntmen.
There is a car chase scene that looks like it is about to happen, but I also played a part in it, and we used camera techniques to coordinate with the stuntman and filmed it so that it didn't look out of place.
It's difficult to do the whole thing 100% by myself, so the stuntmen helped me out where I needed to. On the other hand, when I got motivated and thought, "I think I can do this better," I did it.
I think the ratio was 50:50. I believe that action is something that is created together with the stuntmen and the action team."
He added, "Throughout the entire film, there was action that transcended the stage. There were car chases and more advanced, comic-like action scenes."
I wanted to express that aspect well. I wanted to make it a reality-based entertainment piece that would leave viewers feeling refreshed. I thought a lot about whether it would be okay to make it a little more cartoon-like.
"I was doing too much," she said, laughing, "and everyone looked at me feeling sorry for me because I was doing too much. I guess they must have thought I was having a hard time. They were very concerned about me."
