Actor Lee Byung Hun shared his thoughts on watching the movie "The Game" with his wife Lee Min Jeon and son. Recently, at the press preview of the movie "The Game," Lee Byung Hun said, "While playing Gomoku with my son,
"I practiced Go after watching the game," he said. In addition, Lee Min Jeongg came to the VIP preview screening of "Game" to show his support, and his son Jung-hoo also accompanied him.
Recently, a Herald interview was held at a cafe in Seogyeok-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
In an interview with POP, he expressed his gratitude to his wife and son for being his practice partners in Go. "After my Go lessons, I would come home in the evening and play Gomoku with my son.
"I learned the rules of Go, but I don't have the skill, so I taught my son Gomoku. The shape of the hand you use to place and take the stone is important, so we played Gomoku to practice that," he recalled.
"When my son wanted to do something else, my wife would take over and play with him. It wouldn't be any fun if there was no one to play with," he added.
Lee Byung Hun added, "After watching the movie, my wife was sad when the director Lee Chang-ho (played by Yu A In) left.
"I think my acting played a part in that," he said jokingly. "It was the third movie I showed my son, but like my wife, the director Lee Chang-ho has passed away.
"When my son sees my work, his attitude changes. He clings to me and hugs me tightly.
"When I was little, if someone would say, 'Lee Byung Hun!' and act like they knew me, he would run up to me, hold my hand, and say, 'I'm your son.'"
"I even did that," he said, drawing laughter. The movie "The Battle" is scheduled to be released on the 26th.
